Recruitment of Ex-Offenders

Michael Batt Foundation operates a needs led recruitment process. All employees are required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure Check, the outcome of which must be satisfactory to the organisation. If the outcome of the Enhanced Disclosure Check is not satisfactory, the offer of employment will be withdrawn.

The organisation ensures each applicant is aware of the DBS (formerly CRB) Code of Practice and a copy can be downloaded from the Home Office's website: DBS Code of Practice
